1. Seven-Day Limited Refund Policy

Students may request a refund within seven (7) calendar days of their original purchase date.

Refund requests are eligible for consideration when:

• The request is submitted within seven calendar days of purchase.
• The student has not substantially accessed, used, or completed the purchased educational materials.
• The purchase and account information can be verified.

Substantial use may include completing a significant portion of course lessons, accessing extensive study materials, or completing mock examinations.

Eligibility will be evaluated fairly based on the circumstances of each request. Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies available under applicable law.

2. Nonrefundable Purchases

After the seven-day refund window, purchases are generally nonrefundable, except where required by applicable law.

Refunds may also be declined within the seven-day window when substantial course use has occurred, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

3. Digital Course Access

Merkes RDH offers digital educational products, including:

• Complete Board Review
• Mock Board Exam Package

Each purchased access plan provides twelve (12) months of access from the applicable enrollment or activation date, as stated at checkout.

Purchases are for individual student use and are not transferable.

4. Refund Requests

To request a refund, students should contact Merkes RDH through our Contact page.

Please include the email address associated with the student account, the purchased product, the purchase date, and a brief explanation of the request.

We may request additional information to verify the purchase.

5. Approved Refunds

Approved refunds will generally be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

When a full refund is issued, access to the refunded product may be revoked.

6. Cancellations and Expiration

Unless a separate recurring subscription is expressly offered, Merkes RDH purchases are one-time payments and do not automatically renew.

Course access expires at the end of the purchased access period. Students are not required to cancel a nonrecurring purchase to avoid future charges.

7. Technical Difficulties

Students experiencing technical problems should contact Merkes RDH for assistance.

If a technical issue materially prevents access to purchased content and cannot be reasonably resolved, we will review available remedies, including refunds where appropriate or required by law.

8. Policy Updates

Merkes RDH may update this policy periodically. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. The terms applicable to a purchase will be determined by the policy and applicable law governing that transaction.
